Are you ready to be the operational backbone of a fast-growing Property Services company?

We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Operations & Administration Manager to ensure our Guildford office runs flawlessly. This is a senior role for someone who thrives on structure, compliance, and managing diverse responsibilities.

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + Superannuation

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing state licensing, ISO documentation, insurance renewals, and coordinating staff VISA documentation.
  • Overseeing the company fleet (registration/insurance).
  • Arranging staff travel/accommodation.
  • Coordinating yard stocktakes, and purchasing supplies.
  • Overseeing client onboarding, managing company cards/petty cash, and ensuring all company records are current.

We're Looking For...

  • Proven experience in a similar senior administrative, Office Manager, or Operations Support role.
  • Strong ability to manage compliance-related tasks and complex documentation.
  • Exceptional organisation and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
